Budgets can exist for corporate projects, teams, departments, 'black ops', etc. A budget is composed of 3 elements: a business bank account, an amount of chyen, a declared purpose for the budget. Each month, the associated bank account will receive a deposit to bring the bank account to the budgeted amount of chyen. If there is no need for a deposit, one will not be made.
