If you've been evicted from your apartment, you have a grace period to pay your back rent and a fee for going into the evicted state. This can be done from your apartment door. Examine the door for more information.
If your apartment has already been turned over (reset) and is either vacant or has someone else living in it you will need to speak with the apartment manager to possibly purchase your gear back.
