You do not have a home by default on Sindome. In the first few weeks of your time in Withmore, your character has access to sleeping coffins for free. After their sleeping coffin access expires you will have to fend for yourself.
There are hotels and apartments of varying price scattered about the city. These are mostly safe to disconnect in, especially if you are the only one who knows the code to get in.
WARNING It is considered unsafe to disconnect in public places and you run the risk of being robbed. It's on you to find safe places to sleep.
