The Intelligence stat has two substats, Technology and Knowledge.
Technology (TCH) rates how well a person understands technical things. Knowledge (KNW) is any knowledge that's not technical in nature.
EXAMPLE USAGE
Installing auto parts depends on your intelligence in general. Repairing electronic devices depends specifically on your ability with technology. Haggling depends on your general knowledge in addition to your skill at trading.
