The Ashlin Crown and Ashlin Mini Mall are home to the juvenile street gang known as the Jesters. Composed of former street urchins and other young delinquents, the gang is know for their unnerving smiles and penchant for knives. Frequently seen haunting the hallways and elevators of the high rise, unlike their shadowy leader Gerheart Peters who is rarely seen at all.
