The Mafia are a relatively recent import to Withmore City, with off-shoot syndicate interests from Neo-York staging a takeover of several businesses and criminal enterprise in San Mayo. Notionally an incorporated organization with a council seat, like the other Syndicates the Mafia has not divested its criminal roots and continues to oversee and control illegal operations in the city.
